Questions people ask before building
How is the construction cost calculated?
Cost is your total built-up area multiplied by the package rate: ₹1,500 per sq ft for semi-furnished and ₹2,200 per sq ft for fully furnished. For example, a G+1 house with 1,000 sq ft on each floor is 2,000 sq ft, which comes to about ₹30 lakh semi-furnished.
What is the difference between semi-furnished and fully furnished?
Semi-furnished is a complete, ready-to-live house with flooring, paint, doors, windows, wiring and plumbing. Fully furnished adds interiors such as a modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceilings and premium finishes.
Do you help with the naksha and map approval?
Yes. We prepare the floor plans and 3D elevation, and help you with the paperwork for LDA or Awas Vikas map approval.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on the size, number of floors and package. After the site visit we share a written stage-by-stage schedule so you know what happens each month.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Of course. It's your home. You can visit any time, and we also share progress photos on WhatsApp.
Do you take renovation or floor addition work?
Yes. We add floors to existing houses, remodel interiors, fix seepage and strengthen old structures.
